Spa facilities were top-notch, offering a full body massage and beauty treatments. Food was on another level, especially breakfast with fresh croissants. Staff were genuinely helpful.

Staying for two nights in a Heritage Double Room with Loch View was a delightful experience. The spectacular views and spacious room made it a treat, complemented by a lovely buffet breakfast featuring delicious foie gras. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall vibe. the lounge was slightly cramped, and while the restaurant was adequate, it could use a touch of improvement.

We spent 3 nights in a room with an amazing lake view. The lounge was the perfect spot to chill and play games. The pool was decent for kids, but the breakfast choices were pretty basic. You gotta book your dinner ahead or risk a long wait. Such a lovely location, hands down!

The promised Wi-Fi was non-existent in the room, making it frustrating for anyone wanting to use devices. breakfast choices were limited to continental, while hot options came at a steep extra cost, which I felt should've been included in the room rate. The overall dining experience was mediocre and service a bit sluggish, which left room for improvement.

Had a wonderful stay! The food was outstanding, especially the steak, and I loved the peaceful spa experience, despite the steam room issues. Will definitely return!
